Evaluation of the project "Turkiye Bilgi Toplumu Stratejisi" (the Information Society Strategy) of the government of Turkey. The project includes production and usage of ICT, its implementation lasts five years, and it completely aligns Turkey with the European Union in the field of ICT. Publication of "Experts without expertise" in the prestigious scientific magazine of the European Union, Information Polity.

Accomplishment of the project "BILGI TEMELLI KALKINMA MODELLERININ DIYARBAKIR'A UYGULANABILIRLIGI: Bilisim odakli strateji onerileri" (the viability of the implementation of knowledge-based development models to Diyarbakir: IT focused strategy suggestions), elaborated for the most neglected regions of Turkey, and its presentation in the city of Diyarbakir, in the symposium organized by the city of Diyarbakir and the University of Dicle.

Project" Scientific social study of social, psychological, legal and political factors of the armed violent conduct in Costa Rica". Seminars and conferences on the prevention, handling and control of the armed violence in the community, in cooperation with the Municipality of San Pedro de Montes de Oca and COOPENAE. Weekly TV program "Out of danger", directed to the legal, psycho-social and practical education of the citizens with respect to armed violence and its social risks.
